Take the Living Well in Louisiana Challenge

The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, through the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, is launching Living Well in Louisiana, a three-month wellness challenge in which you earn points through exercise, weight loss and healthy eating. Participants track their progress through our online wellness center. There is no cost to participate.
